    As the Product Manager, you will play a key role in realizing the company's product vision through three core responsibilities. You will act as the vital link between the product vision and the development team, translating customer needs and market requirements into actionable development tasks. Prioritizing the product backlog will be crucial to ensure alignment with strategic goals throughout the development process. Additionally, your commitment to meeting customer needs and market expectations is essential, involving daily collaboration with the development team to document requirements, rigorous testing with beta customers, and continuous validation of product prototypes and new releases. Your role extends to effective coordination with cross-functional teams to address issues promptly and ensure product quality and compliance.

    Tasks

    • Develop a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the company's long-term vision.
    • Lead the prioritization and sequencing of features and functionalities.
    • Collaborate with the product manager to manage expectations regarding timelines and deliverables.
    • Gather user, patient, and customer feedback through various channels.
    • Prioritize user needs based on impact on user experience and regulatory requirements.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into product features.
    • Own design outputs related to product design validation.
    • Document and maintain all validation activities.
    • Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs for the approval process.
    • Address identified issues and implement corrective actions for ongoing product quality.

    Requirements

    • 2 - 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in similar roles.
    • Prior experience in product management within the medical device industry.
    • Experience in successfully launching products to market.
    • Proficiency in development tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Aha!, Rally, Jira.
    • Thorough knowledge of medical device regulations and quality management systems.
    • Strong project management skills, Agile experience.
    • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Understanding of human factors engineering and usability in medical device design.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
    • Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience in risk management and clinical validation highly valued.
    • English fluency required, Spanish proficiency is a bonus.
