 Closely monitor the safety followed in companies’ different projects like – Thermal, gas, and solar Power Plant.
 Monthly Safety KPI data is collected from all sites, follow–up for the same, and the same is reviewed with the Chairman of the company.
 Prepare Consolidated KPI data for all sites.
