Documentum ECM

• Experience in Administration and Support on Documentum (D2) Suite of products.
• Installing Documentum D2 (D2 Apps, D2-Config and D2- SmartView)
• Deploying DARs.
• Complete Documentum set up has been configured starting from DB Creation, Installing Content Server, Repository, ADTS, XPlore, DA, WebTop, D2 Apps, D2-Config, D2-Smartview from (DEV, RTE, and PREPROD to PROD). 
• Installing and configuring OTDS (OpenText Directory Service)
• Configuring (Partition, Oauthclients, Resource creation & activation, Access Role)
• Installing and configuring appworks for D2 Mobile application 
• Maintaining 20 Repositories on ECM platform and 460 repositories on SAP archiving platform.
• Knowledge on Installations and troubleshooting the issues, which has been raised for the documentum components.

• Worked on Documentum various versions  and currently installed Documentum 20.2
• Performed Documentum Content server upgrade versions (6.x, 7.x, 20.x)
• Performed Documentum D2 Upgrade (4.7, 16.4, 16.5 & 20.2)
• Co-ordinating with vendor OpenText by raising case to resolve the product related issues.
• Initiated JDI and GSTD (GoSeeThinkDo) to find out the root cause of the unknown issues.
• Configuring ADTS / Xplore agents.
• Worked in Data center migrations. Knowledge on both Windows and UNIX Servers.
• Installation of Captiva InputAccel (IA) server of different version types (5.3, 6.5, and 7.1) and handled nearly 460 SAP Archiving docbases.
• Monitoring servers and addressing the alerts to avoid degradation and outages. Handled task using SNOW outages such as stack migration/patch/ibundle.
• Provided 24 / 7 Infrastructure support using ticket solving system (SNOW), based on the priority.
