    The Role As we rapidly expand our global footprint, we seek a high-performing and experienced Event Marketing Manager to oversee and drive our global events, helping grow our regional presence.

    In this high-impact role, you will manage events across different locations using your innovative vision and execution prowess. Partnering internally and externally, you will ensure the success of events' area within the demand and lead generation strategy.

    What You Will DoPlan, organize, and oversee events' calendar and processes, encompassing campaigns, vendors management, and logistics coordinationTake charge of budgeting and the associated undertakings such as ROI reporting and cost reductionPartner cross-functionally and externally to develop and implement marketing tactics to increase awareness, attract attendance, and ensure event success as part of the demand and lead generation strategyParticipate in the creation of compelling creative assets and content that spark meaningful audience engagement before, during, and after eventsInitiate and nurture partnerships with industry influencers, subject matter experts, and potential sponsorsResearch the latest trends and innovations in event marketing and campaigns to inform leading strategiesManage staffing plans for each event including on-site temporary and contract staffWhat We Look For4+ years of proven experience in event management or related rolesStrong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events concurrentlyExceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to direct cross-functional event teamsStrong budget and resource planning skills with a data-driven approach to establish performance measurement metricsStrong networking and relationship-building skills within the industryDemonstrated ability to craft engaging content for eventsStrategic, forward-thinking approach to stay updated on event marketing trendsAdaptability to integrate innovative concepts into event planning and executionFluency in English at an advanced levelBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant fieldWhat We OfferWe highly value our people, so we are committed to providing you with all the benefits and resources to support your success.
