The Product and Platform Manager leads the business growth and profitability of his/her assigned product(s).
Your Role & Responsibilities
-
Product Management:


  • Develop the product mid
- and long-term strategy (technology and final product road map) to ensure future business growth.

  • Manage expectations between our sales department / customers of the product and create a MAHLE product identity.
  • Support Sales plan development.
  • Lead product portfolio reviews.

Platform Management:


  • Define and create building block strategy with MAHLE experts to support approved product strategy roadmap. (e.g. mainly architecture, building blocks/features, design for manufacturing and design to cost to ensure reusability, low effort / fast development and price/USP).
  • Lead the platform PM and development team.
  • Ensure readiness for the next RfQs and product generation.
  • Create Project with Milestones to report progress and ensure proper project execution.

Your Skills & Strengths- Engineering degree, Business Administration.

  • Professional level of English, other languages from benefit.
  • Power Electronics background, Thermal management.
  • Leadership skills (negotiation, team management), financial & business skills, customer management, presentation skills, structured approach.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive company.
  • Strong proven Experience as product manager for Power Electronics Chargers in the automotive.
