- Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement Key Account Plans.
- Establish the customer contact matrix, execute the communication plan effectively (peer to peer and top to top).
- Conduct customer meetings utilizing market intelligence (shopper insights and revenue management with analyst support when necessary), regularly engage with customers, and provide visit reports outlining key next steps.
- Achieve sales and margin targets while adding value to customer categories.
- Maintain control over working capital (Forecasting accuracy and monitoring overdue accounts).
- Analyze sales performance against internal targets, evaluate market trends, and propose new strategies.
- Share customer sales updates, news, and revised KA plans as needed to meet objectives.
- Regularly gather market insights through store visits, identify key actions, and disseminate information within the team.
- Adapt to additional responsibilities or tasks as required by the Company based on applicable laws.
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Economics or Business Administration).
- Master's degree in Sales or Sales and Marketing will be a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in FMCG.
- Minimum of 5 years in Sales Account Management.
- Prior exposure to category management and/or product management will be advantageous.
- Background in hygienic disposables markets is beneficial.
- Familiarity with private label market is a plus.
- Linguistic skills: Proficiency in Spanish (native) and English (fluent). Proficiency in other languages, particularly Portuguese, is advantageous.
- IT proficiency: Strong knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint (additional BI, BW, and SAP skills are beneficial).
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
