    Apply todayWhat you will be doingPresent and sell our promotional tools to attract investment in the industry (participation in magazines, banners, emailing, tools that the laboratory hires to give visibility to its offer, product, or new launches).

    Coordinate, manage and budget marketing actions for laboratories. Report the results of the contracted tools.

    Preparation, management, and analysis of monthly report for Kams and advance payments for subsequent claim of active offers and discounts.

    Commercial skills to capture laboratory needs and detect opportunities for other Skills businesses (merchandising, Telesales, etc.).Seek innovation in the different Skills services.

    Weekly P&L tracking for our team and the Kams teamBusiness analysis, laboratory segmentation behavior, investment, news capture, market. Seek profitability.
    Preparation of the month-end closing report for accounting via Salesforce.

    Biweekly estimate with the management control departmentControl of billing, provisions, unpaid and overdue invoices together with the accounting department, reconciliation of balances.

    Control that the actions have all the necessary information to issue an invoice (order number management, etc.).Control of intools account expenses, management and OPEX request.

    (APEX).Budget management with service providers (Grafols, online printing, everything related to magazines, buckets, delivery note backs, etc...) Manage Skills business presentations and support teams on marketing materials.

    Maintain content offers in the Skills Lover club.
    Manage quarterly content of the newsletter to laboratories on behalf of Skills.
    Monthly communications to laboratories, pharmacies.
    Web Skills content (creation of videos, news etc...).Laboratory event management (when necessary).What your background should look like

    • Have studies related to marketing, business administration or economics.
    • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Have a strategic vision, be analytical and creative (essential).
    • Be able to work under pressure and across teams.
    • Have great initiative and autonomy (Essential).
    • Possess communication, organized, administrative management skills.
    • Be flexible and able to adapt to new projects, teams, and environments.
    • Knowledge of social networks and other marketing and communication tools.
    • Have advanced knowledge of content management systems such as the MS Office package (advanced Excel and Power point), Salesforce

    Spanish and English:
    this job requires to communicate fluent in both languages.
