    Nos encontramos en pleno proceso de expansión, construyendo un equipo de excelentes profesionales para un proyecto de transformación digital, y para completar nuestro equipo estamos seleccionado un Agile Coach.

    Nos encontraríamos en la búsqueda de un Agile Coach con al menos 3 años de experiencia para un proyecto en Madrid, haciéndose cargo del acompañamiento de los scrum masters para conseguir una forma unificada de trabajo.

  • Experiencia de coaching de equipos Scrum o Agente de transformación Agile
  • Onboarding a los nuevos scrum masters.
  • Seguimiento de métricas.
  • Participar de las iniciativas Lean y Agile
  • Introducir mejoras en las prácticas de los equipos
  • Presentar resultados a nivel ejecutivo.
  • Conocimientos de técnicas y herramientas Lean y Agile como Scrum, SAFE, Kanban, Kaizen, VSM ...
  • Experiencia con herramientas de apoyo a los marcos metodológicos (Jira, Confluence)
  • Conocimientos de:
  • Marcos de gestión del cambio (Lean Change Management...)
  • Marcos de diseño de Producto (Lean Startup, Design Thinking...)
  • Valorable contar con un nivel avanzado de Inglés.
  • Motivación por nuevos retos e innovación continua.
  • Capacidad de aprendizaje.
  • Autonomía.
  • Orientación al cliente y resultados.
  • Capacidad de solución de problemas.
