Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking highly-qualified Scrum Masters at the Manager level who have experience executing scrum methodologies towards digital transformation projects.

This Senior Agilist role fundamentally guides the modern software development team by taking an active role in planning, facilitation to achieve our committed outcomes.

This role requires solid, practical experience with Agile techniques and approaches to guide, support and improve product teams. You will collaborate intensively with your team members and Product Owners.

You will alsointeract with Cognizant clients to mentor, consult, and assist them in making appropriate process decisions and solve any blocking points.

Responsibilities - Leading the relevant modern development events with the Cognizant and the client's Product and Technical teams.

- Partnering and supporting the product owner to guide the POD or team to success and maximize value of the product - Being the coach and driver of the requisite ALM tool for the POD or team - Guiding the team from legacy process to a Modern Development Process, Lean mindset, behavior and framework for building value - Optimizing how the different roles interact with each other to maximize productivity - The Scrum Master will lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices - Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfactionQualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science or related field, Master's degree preferred + 4 years of experience in executing scrum methodologies with Agile Projects or Product development work Background in Software Delivery / software development / Product lifecycle, methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, ...) Certified in Scrum / Kanban / SAFe such as CSM or PSM or SAFe SM - At least one Scrum Certificationrequired from Scrum Alliance, Scrum.

Scrum Kanban or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices Excellent Project Management and organizational skills in a highly technical environmentExperience designing and executing plans, meeting deadlines and operating under tight time constraints.

Experience with test automation techniques and toolsStrong leadership and organization skills with superb communication (written and verbal), time management, product planning, people and team building skills.
