- Serás responsable del proceso de venta realizando un seguimiento por proyecto.
- Tendrás un rol técnico en el proceso de ventas. Pruebas de producto, influenciación usuarios de producto, supervisoras, cirujanos.
- Liderarás la parte técnica del proceso de venta de productos y soluciones como así también de las implementaciones.
- Serás responsable de la gestión operativa de los proyectos Hartmann de Soluciones.
- Recogerás datos de mercado. Auditoría quirófanos/procesos (qué protocolos utilizan y verificarlo).
- Gestionarás el día a día del cliente.
- Participarás, junto con el KAM, de la presentación de proyectos.
- Llevarás la resolución de las CAPIAS derivadas de las no conformidades u oportunidades de mejora.
- Deberás proponer activamente iniciativas de mejora y participar en los proyectos de innovación y excelencia cuando sea preciso.
- Grado en Ciencias Empresariales / Ciencias de la Salud
- Capacidad de aprendizaje y auto-reflexión, toma de decisión
- Project Management
- Gestión comercial, habilidades de comunicación y conocimientos de negociación
- Nivel de Inglés intermedio.
