Ceuta, Spain Overview of the role: The Flutter international group is home to our PokerStars, Betfair International, Adjarabet & Junglee brands.

We are looking for a Corporate Manager to support our local Spanish entities in the daily management of their corporative tasks.

The role will be helping out the Group and Functional teams that serve our Ceuta companies, as well as our SEU Commercial Director with the fullfilment of his corporate tasks.

This role will help you to get a deep understanding of our Spanish businesses and the ways of working with Public Administrations and both external and internal stakeholders in areas such as taxes, labour relations, payroll, banking, etc.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices.

These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.

What you'll do:

The role, reporting directly into SEU Commercial Director, is based in our Ceuta office (Spain), but will need to engage with many stakeholders seating globally and across our Flutter Group, Flutter International Division and Betfair International & PokerStars teams.

Key responsibilities include:
Work closely with the local Commercial team & Global business leads to ensure the corporate compliance of our Ceuta based Spanish entities in the following areas:
STA specific information requests
HR / Labour law Compliance
Payroll (payment, social security questions & requests, etc)
INE's information requests (stats & surveys)
Banking & Treasury (local PoC with our Spanish bank provider)
Payments
Preparation of documents for submission to various authorities on the above fields, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Build a deep understanding of the Spanish regulatory framework in these areas and lead in the delivery of local procedures to solve for specific challenges
Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders within central functions and counselling them on their requisitions about local / Spanish ways of working with Spanish authorities
Full ownership of administrative tasks around new contracts and providers, invoices and payments
Support the SEU Commercial Director in corporate tasks such as, but not limited to, Notary appointments, Commercial Registry fillings, internal meetings' minutes, etc
Management of correspondence & entities' corporate documents (contracts, boards documentation, resolutions, deeds, etc)
Advice & support Flutter colleagues travelling to Ceuta around trip logistics (routes, tickets purchasing, hotels, etc)

What you'll bring:

Your experience Experience of working in fast paced, ever-changing organisations which have required you to hone time management and organisational skills.

Previous experience in multinational corporation and / or abroad is a plus
Proven experience of success in Administrative, Corporate Support, Secretary or Executive Assistant roles. Previous experience areas such as Tax and/or Payroll is a plus
Your skills Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively across a range of partners and stakeholders across different levels and geographies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly find and consolidate relevant information
Fluent in both Spanish and English
Detail oriented with an ability to identify priorities and effectively manage schedules and diaries
Creative and positive approach to problem-solving, particularly in handling non-standard tasks and requests
Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously, manage and meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work
Ability to pivot skillset, from minuting meetings for tax purposes to understanding and contributing to business led discussions
Proven prior experience with MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Slack and Zoom. User level knowledge of Project Management tools like JIRA, Miro and Confluence is a plus
