    Descripción

    We are seeking to hire an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our CRM team As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you would work closely with the product owners and the business stakeholders and would analyze business processes, gather requirements and translate this into user stories for the engineering team.

    You will run further the bi-weekly sprint cadence as a Scrum Master.

    Responsibilities:
    Driving the innovative use of Salesforce as a productivity tool and business platform
    Supports Product Owners with effective product backlog managementSupports Product Owners with meaningful reportingWork collaboratively with the Operations team to understand feature requirements and/or address support issuesTranslating business requirements into user storiesServing as the scrum master of the sprint teamResponsible for effective sprint executionRemaining current Salesforce best practices and technologies and advising on these practices for Salesforce-based solutionsWorking together with the enablement team to creating and updating training materials for users/groups on an ongoing basisCreating documentation and proactively seeking ways to continuously improve processes & proceduresQualifications 3+ years' experienceSalesforce Business Analyst and Administrator certification + any other relevant certificationsScrum Master certificationExperience in working in agile scrumExperience with JiraAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills along with excellent Word and PowerPoint skillsGeneral knowledge of a SaaS company with the ability to transform business objectives and functional requirements into user storiesProven experience of analyzing and documenting processes, procedures, and/or policiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with individuals at different levels and cultural backgrounds within the organizationNote: This role will required presence in the office under our Hybrid Model, we are in a very centric area in Madrid
