    Our team is looking for a Salesforce Developer.

    In this role you will be responsible for managing, configuring, customizing, and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet the organization's business needs.

    You will be the focal point for system administration, implementing new functionality, integrating with external systems, and developing custom solutions to improve the efficiency and productivity of Salesforce users.


    Job Duties & Responsibilities:
    Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including configuring users, profiles, permissions, roles, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes.
    Collaborate with sales, marketing and service teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce.

    Develop and customize solutions in Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components and other Salesforce development tools (integrations with Jira / Freshdesk / others).Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other business systems using REST APIs, SOAP or other integration technologies.

    Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using declarative features such as Process Builder, Flow and Workflow Rules, as well as programmatic solutions using Apex and Visualforce.

    Perform extensive testing and debugging solutions to ensure quality and stability of implementations.
    Provide technical support to Salesforce users, resolve issues, answer questions, and offer training when necessary.
    Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce updates and features and evaluate their impact on the organization.
    Document technical specifications, design decisions, and code changes.
    Perform unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and performance of Salesforce solutions.


    Experience and Qualifications:

    Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Developer, with a minimum of 5 years of experience configuring and customizing Salesforce.

    Experience with Java.
    Experience with integrations in salesforce cloud (marketing y sales).Experiencie working technical documentation with users.
    Salesforce Certifications such as Administrator (ADM-201) and Developer (DEV-401 or equivalent) are highly desirable.
    Experience designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP, or other integration technologies.
    Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration tools such as Salesforce Connect, MuleSoft, or Informatica.
    Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    Strong communication and collaboration skills.
