    The company has its operations spread in more than 60 countries, with a portfolio comprising high-quality, secure products and services, covering personal and business hardware and software products.

    Currently, they are looking for an E-commerce Inside Sales Account Representative to join their sales team in Barcelona, Spain.

    Job Profile for E-commerce Inside Sales Account Representative Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Build complex sales strategy to ensure both long and short-term goals, objects and quotas are met Manage end-to-end sales process for up and cross-sell opportunities Develop and cultivate client relationships with both new and existing customers while achieving profit and revenue objectives Build forecast and pipeline on a weekly basis and provide a clear view of the client's portfolio Ensure that clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service Participate in monthly or quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities and risks of churn and build an appropriate action plan Ensure that products, services and solutions recommended to clients will fulfil their needs Work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management to reach high-performance goals Use sleek sales methodology and processes effectively, leading to success and achievements from prospect to closure Candidate Profile for E-commerce Inside Sales Account Representative Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, any additional European language is a plus BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience 3+ years of successful Inside Sales experience is required Experience in a quota-carrying sales environment is required Able to learn and present hardware portfolios to customers Knowledge of the IT industry, experience with computer-based programs Strong relationship, communication and negotiation skills are required Ambitious, persuasive, proactive, goal-oriented, well-articulated and possess sound phone skills Problem-solving skills, excellent organisational and multitasking ability What Our Client Offers Attractive compensation package Laptop Flexibility An open and stimulating working environment within one of the most forward-thinking IT companies A non-hierarchical organisation and fast decision-making processes An international and diverse team Already imagine yourself in this position?
