- Procesar facturas de 10 entidades legales diferentes con sus correspondientes impuestos , idioma y requisitos legales a través de la herramienta de reconocimiento óptico .
- Realizar verificaciones de IVA de cada una de las entidades legales
- Coordinarse y tener continuo contacto con sus compañeros de equipo para poder completar la tarea del proceso de contabilización y posterior pago
- Identificar problemas de información no traspasada (interfaces) entre los diferentes sistemas (KOFAX, HUB, EBS Cloud) usados para el proceso de contabilizar facturas
- Dar soporte a cualquier compañero del departamento de cuentas a Pagar, Tesorería y cuentas a cobrar
- Tendrá oportunidad de tener una visión global de todo el proceso conocido como "P2P" Procurement to Payment con la interacción correspondiente de todos los diferentes departamentos de la empresa que interactúen en este : Fianzas, Operaciones, Recursos Humanos, Mantenimiento
- Aprenderá a trabajar en equipo, priorizar tareas, desarrollar habilidades de comunicación ya planificarse
- Al trabajar en una Multinacional Americana trabajando para diferente países podrá dar uso al idioma del inglés
- Podrá familiarizarse con el funcionamiento de nuestro negocio de la venta de lácteos, desde el proceso de compra de materia prima hasta la venta a cliente final
- Grado en Economía, Conabilidad o Administracióon y Dirección de Empresas
- Se requiere la condición de estudiante activo . Debe estar matriculado en una Universidad/Escuela
- Habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación
- Análisis y atención al detalle
- Capacidad de resolución de problemas
- Inglés intermedio
