    En Honeywell buscamos un SPOT Coordinator para nuestra división de Building Automation en Madrid.

    Honeywell Building Automation es una unidad de negocio estratégica de 2.500 millones de dólares dentro de Honeywell's Global Building Technologies de Honeywell.

    Instalamos y mantenemos los sistemas que ayudan a a mantener los edificios y las instalaciones conectados, seguros, confortables y rentables y somo un proveedor líder de soluciones de eficiencia energética en todo el mundo.

    La función del SPOT Coordinator es trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de servicio de campo y los clientes para promover y hacer crecer el negocio SPOT (Parts, T&M and RQ).

    El SPOT Coordinator es la cara de Honeywell ante el cliente e interactúa directamente con los usuarios finales, compañeros y proveedores.

    El SPOT Coordinator comparte el conocimiento de las soluciones de Honeywell para mejorar las eficiencias y la capacidad del equipo.


    PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:

    • Recibir solicitudes del equipo de servicio de campo y de los profesionales de Ventas para proporcionar presupuestos.
    • Crear presupuestos y ofertas
    • Proponer nuevas oportunidades, proporcionar asistencia al cliente, verificar la información del cliente, hacer un seguimiento del cliente y buscar proactivamente oportunidades para vender más SPOT y generar más ingresos.
    • Seguimiento de todos los RQ abiertos en los que esperamos la aprobación del cliente, obteniendo órdenes de compra y garantizando la documentación adecuada de compra y garantizar la documentación adecuada.
    • Realizar un seguimiento de todas las oportunidades y tener una idea clara de la tasa de éxito de las peticiones de oferta de RQ

    PRINCIPALES REQUERIMIENTOS:

    • Experiencia significativa en una industria relacionada en un papel orientado al servicio.
    • Buenas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
    • Persona motivada y dispuesta a ir más allá.
    • Experiencia previa en instalaciones técnicas.
    • Experiencia previa en atención al cliente.
    • Capacidad para seguir instrucciones e identificar errores.
    • Formación completa a nivel postsecundario en una disciplina técnica relacionada con seguridad, sistemas HVAC/mecánica
