    The Bioinformatics Unit within the Structural Biology programme is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and talented young researcher with experience in wet-lab and bioinformatics analysis. The selected candidate will work in the collection, analysis and interpretation of biological/clinical data, with a focus on high-throughput sequencing data. He or She will design data analysis strategies and develop and use computational tools for the exploration of large cancer data sets.

    Selection Criteria

  • MsC level in traslational research and BsC in Biology or similar.
  • Practical experience in high-throughput cancer genome data analysis (next-generation sequencing, gene expression, etc).
  • Experinece in advanced cellular and molecular biology techniques.
  • Experience with R, image analysis.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English required.
