Forecasting & Pricing Excellence leader you'll be responsible for Forecast Accuracy and pricing management.

What you'll do:


  • Lead a team of 10 Forecasting specialists and Pricing officers that will work in Suresnes (FR), Madrid (SP) and Milan (IT)
  • Your team will be responsible for forecast recommendations.
  • Act as the geographical customer contact regarding planning, customer stock/sell out and supply efficiencies. Conduct the structural logístical improvement/performance meetings with key customers.
  • Ensure adherence to the supply chain planning strategy developed between the Territory Inventory Strategy function and Business (MTS/MTO per CFH and sourcing point).
  • Enhance the statistical forecast with business insights like, won/lost customers, won/lost listings, large activations, NPI launches and the impact on the rest of the portfolio.
  • Define market phase out phase in plans and drive portfolio maintenance activities within the Business with the Customer Fulfilment Hub's
  • Ensure availability, quality and consistency of the of Finished goods preparing and providing CFH monthly the sales forecast based on the cleaned statistical forecast from the respective Territory CFH.
  • Act as the forecasting knowledge base for the Commercial leaders in the business outlooks and commitments.
  • Drive conclusions in the alignment of the final forecast within the Business between Commercial, BU leader and Operations including incorporation of potential Supply constraints.
  • Support Customer Growth calls execution; support market performance and forecast reviews.
  • Diligently supervise, address short term inventory availability issue. Drive the SMOS sell out process.
  • Drive FG Inventory health through forecast quality & slow moving: received by the Territory to, on weekly basis, main issues related to sales deviation vs forecast. Decide for corrective actions.
  • Analyze monthly key performance metrics related to forecast accuracy, CSG %, IGM%, FYS %, Market Share%, FG inventory value as % of MAT sales, Customers Back Order Value, Inventory quality (Slow Moving)
  • Collaborate with Territory to ensure that the CFH is meeting customer needs and driving revenue growth.
  • In case of scarcity and allocation program, ensure stock allocation to Customers as per priorities provided by the Business to the CFH.
  • Lead crossfunctional teams to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Be responsible for Country Limit Prices
  • Handshake with the key stakeholders to justify any price deviation from the WAPs
  • Price analysis to understand the best product positioning throughout the subchannels
  • Work with the Product Marketers to share insights on market price level
  • Manage net price lists for the full cluster (Iberia, IIG, France)
  • Update 'P' value in our forecasting tool (QxP)

Your qualifications:


  • You have already worked in a supply chain or commercial excellence environment
  • You have been working as a manager for more than 3 years
  • You are thorough, selfreliant, engaged, with stakeholder management capabilities and high ownership level
  • You like team work and know how to celebrate achievements
  • You are an expert in (supply chain) tools (SAP, PowerBI, Power Point, Excel)
  • You have a problem solving approach
  • You are interested in professional business and IoT
