Job Description:

We're looking for a Systems Engineer to join our Systems & Services team working for UK&I and Nordic markets, preferably based in Madrid.

Home-based in the Midlands (England) could be also an option.

You will have a pivotal role in delivering projects to customers across all the countries we serve, being responsible for technical implementation of our systems, from beginning to successful completion.

You will be working together with many different stakeholders, like customers, external partners and our internal Sales, Division and Systems and Services teams.

What you'll do- You will develop detailed designs and documentation for the Signify systems.- You will configure, commission and test Signify systems to successfully deliver our projects to customers and drive customer satisfaction.- You will plan the engineering activities according to the customer time requirements and the allocated budget.- You will lead the technical discussion, supporting the project manager in any technical aspect of the project.- You will develop, train and deploy user instruction/ manuals to customer organization during handover.- You will build mock-ups to test interoperability and/or features of (sub-) systems.

Your qualifications- You are graduated with at least a Bachelor's Degree in Technology (Electronics engineering, IT or similar).- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience managing a fast-paced technology industry and preferably in the Lighting Industry.- You are fluent in English, and a Nordic language is nice to have.- You are willing and able to travel within the UK&I and Nordic market >50% of your time.- You have a track record in integrated and cloud solutions: design, installation, and commissioning.- You have expertise in configurators and/or network analyzers, system debug tools, loggers, other configuration software and development environments.- Additional networking and security knowledge and certifications are highly valued.- You are a strong communicator, analytical minded and a collaborator, as well as capable to work and solve problems independently.
