As a Partners Integration Manager you'll be responsible for leading Signify' and Partner's project teams to deliver best integration solution for each Partners and create a smooth onboarding experience.

What you'll do

Lead Signify and Partners project team to deliver best integration solution for each Partner and create a smooth Partner onboarding, on both IT architecture and commercial parameters.
Map the existing IT system of the partners, plan & coordinate with internal Signify functional teams, the Partners, and external system integrators to ensure timely delivery of the integration
Drive continuous improvement of the Partners integration and onboarding process by understanding Partner's barriers and providing solutions
Report out on progress of integrations & onboarding to Partnership manager
Provide direct support to new partners, as part of their integration and onboarding process

Your qualifications

Strong experience (3+ years) working with partners and key customers on technological, IT integration projects or integrations with a manufacturer's IT system (Inventory, SAP ERP, order processing MyLighting, EDI,).
Passion for delivering good service to customers/endusers, maintaining a positive, supportive, and professional manner at all times
Strong planning to keep track of multiple integration & onboarding process at the same time
Analytical skills to assess and improve integration & onboarding process of Partners
Experience working in an agile environment is an advantage
