We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Overview of tasks:

Media Relations:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers in the Europe region. Proactively pitch and secure media coverage to enhance the company's visibility and reputation. Manage media inquiries and interview requests, ensuring accurate and timely responses

PR Strategy and Campaigns:
Collaborate with the global PR team to develop and implement strategic PR plans tailored to the European market. Create compelling storylines and content that align with company messaging and resonate with the European audience. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify PR opportunities and challenges

Crisis Communication:
Develop and maintain crisis communication plans specific to the Europe region. Servicing as a POC for providing clear and effective communication to media and stakeholders. Develop stakeholder plans and strategies for effective governmental relations if neededCollaboration and Reporting:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and leadership, to align PR efforts with broader business goals. Provide regular reports on PR activities, coverage, and impact, demonstrating the effectiveness of PR strategies

About you:

At least 8 years of Public Relations experience working in a fast-paced, and ideally, global environment Experience in leading PR media relations while having a strong background in media outreach, strategic communication and reputation management Exceptional communicator - both written and verbal - in English, German is an advantage Occasional domestic and international travel Ability to work effectively on own initiative and within a (virtual) team environmentAdditional Job Description
