    UN(E) CHARGE(E) DE MISSION / COOPERATION CTG
    Ce poste est à pourvoir par voie contractuelle dans le cadre d'un contrat de projet,
    d'une durée de deux ans, pouvant être renouvelé dans la limite d'une durée
    maximale de six ans.
    Description de l'emploi :
    La Convention Territoriale Global Vaunage (CTG), regroupe les communes de Bernis,
    Caveirac, Clarensac, Langlade, Milhaud, Saint-Côme-et-Maruéjols et Saint-Dionisy
    qui souhaitent mettre en oeuvre des projets de coopération en matière de
    développement social du territoire, dans une approche multi thématiques : :
    enfance, jeunesse, parentalité et accès aux droits.
    Pour sa mise en œuvre, la commune de Milhaud, recrute un Chargé de Mission/
    Coopération CTG – en contrat de projet mutualisé à l'échelle du territoire de la
    CTG Vaunage.
    Le/la chargé(e) de coopération CTG contribue à la mise en œuvre et au suivi de la
    Convention Territoriale Globale pour les 7 communes du territoire.
    Sur un mode partenarial et dans une approche globale et transversale, elle/il
    participe au pilotage, à la mise en œuvre et au suivi des projets et des axes inscrits
    à la CTG en coordonnant les différentes interventions des politiques publiques en
    jeu, des exécutifs, des acteurs éducatifs-sociaux locaux et la Caf du Gard.
    Rattaché(e) à la Directrice Générale des Services de la ville de Milhaud, et en lien
    avec les élus, les directeurs généraux des services et/ou secrétaires de mairie des 7
    communes, la mission s'articule sur les axes suivants :
    Missions / conditions d'exercice
    Etre la personne ressource pour les communes (élus / SG et DGS), la CAF et
    les acteurs locaux concernés,
    Animer le travail partenarial entre les communes, la CAF et les acteurs
    éducatifs-sociaux locaux,
    Coordination et Animation de la démarche CTG, dans le respect des
    orientations des élus des 7 communes du périmètre, et de la Caisse
    d'Allocations Familiales,
    Organisation, animation et suivi des instances prévues par la CTG (comités
    technique et de pilotage),
    Formaliser, en lien avec la CAF, les directeurs généraux et secrétaires de mairie
    les supports juridiques qui devront être soumis à l'approbation de chaque
    conseil municipal,
    Accompagnement de la réalisation opérationnelle des objectifs du plan
    d'actions de la CTG,
    Être en veille active sur les différents fonds CAF à mobiliser et dans la
    recherche de financements pour la mise en œuvre des axes prioritaires de la
    CTG
    Impulser des actions communes en mobilisant l'ensemble des acteurs
    Collecter les besoins et les attentes des partenaires permettant d'amender,
    compléter les fiches actions existantes et faire émerger de nouvelles actions
    Organisation, animation et suivi des groupes de travail de la CTG
    Concevoir et développer des supports d'information
    Développement et animation des partenariats et des réseaux professionnels,
    Conseil auprès des élus
    Mise en œuvre les outils de suivi, d'observation et d'évaluation des dispositifs.
    Contribution à l'évaluation des politiques et des actions mises en œuvre.
    Préparer le renouvellement de la convention,
    Profils recherchés
    - Bac +2 à +4 de type développement local, politiques sociales ou petite enfance,
    animation, administration générale.
    - Expérience souhaitée en collectivité territoriale
    - Bonnes connaissances de l'environnement territorial
    - Cadre juridique réglementaire, financier et administratif du conventionnement et
    de la contractualisation des politiques publiques
    - Connaissance des Rôle et attributions des acteurs et partenaires
    institutionnels(CAF) et des Réseaux associatifs
    - Maîtrise de l'outil informatique
    - Ingénierie de projet
    - Capacités de communication, de travail coopératif et d'animation de réseaux et de
    réunions
    - Très bon relationnel
    - Qualités rédactionnelles, reporting
    - Organisation, autonomie, prise d'initiative
    - Sens des responsabilités, rigueur
    - Travail en équipe - Sens du service public
    Modalités pratiques
    Votre temps de travail : temps complet 36 heures (25 jours de congés annuels et 6
    jours de RTT)
    Votre mode de recrutement : contrat de projet 2 ans
    Votre rémunération selon expérience et profil : traitement statutaire + régime
    indemnitaire + CNAS

    Conditions spécifiques :
    Permis B indispensable.

    Véhicule de service.
