Your next missions:
You are in charge of the customer success in the Spanish market from the moment the lead becomes a customer.
- You will manage the delivery and recovery of the vehicles
- You will be in charge to solve clients request
- Supervising recovery activities and monthly follow up on the invoicing
- Managing renewals and upselling
- Anticipated cancellation of the contract, invoicing issues, etc.
- Systems and procedures improvements; coordination with your Manager and IT and Data team.
- Daily coordination with Sales and Fleet Manager
Expected skills:
- University degree in Business
- Native Spanish, English fluent
- Born problem solver with a very pragmatic mindset
You like to understand how things work, and feel at ease with digital tools (including our back-office and some business intelligence tools)
- Very thorough, you are able to take a step back and build processes to boost the efficiency of the team
- Good sense of customer relationship, eager to satisfy your customer
- Resilience, you won't get discouraged by the sum of problems you need to tackle or by rude customers
- Agile, you fit perfectly in a startup environment where things change quickly
- Teamoriented and positive attitude
- Flexible and ability to work under deadline and pressures.
- High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to multitask
- Autonomous, focuses on the results
- Dynamic, adaptable, enjoying working in a constantly changing environment

- Computer proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and with Google Suite (Drive)
- Ability to negotiate with unsatisfied customers
