Responsabilities:


As a Marketing Specialist, you will define, execute and report localised marketing strategies and tactics and support pan-European initiatives to drive our business in #insert country#.

You will report to the #insert country# General Manager and work closely with the Head of Brand and Marketing and the Head of Growth.

In your day-to-day, your scope will be mainly (but not limited to):


  • Direct Marketing
  • Develop lead nurturing strategies
  • Branding
  • Develop the Powerdot brand as a Charging Point Operator locally and position it and its team as thought and industry leaders.
  • PR and Media
  • Own the relationship with our local PR and Media agency
  • Create and support media opportunities
  • Events
  • Drive Powerdot's presence in trade events and fairs
  • Project manage the execution and branding of our presence and work closely with the Partnership Development team on the materials and communication
  • Digital Marketing
  • Support performance marketing initiatives by the central team through localization
  • Develop marketcentric performance marketing strategies through local insights.
  • Social Media and Content
  • Support the social media and content initiatives by the central team through localization.
  • Develop marketcentric social media and content strategies through local insights.
  • Tracking and reporting
  • Define measurable goals for all marketing projects
  • Track projects' performance and report on the results, insights, and next steps.
We believe you'll thrive in this role if you have the following:

  • Previous experience in Marketing and Brand professionally. Experience in PR and Communications is a plus.
  • A highly proactive and independent entrepreneurial spirit combined with an enormous problemsolving, decisionmaking, and leadership capacity.
  • Used to working in a fastpaced and ambitious environment.
  • Is fluent in both oral and written #country language# and English.
  • Has professional experience of 3 to 5 years, preferably in similar projects or in areas such as multimarket companies, startups, and scaleups. Experience in B2B is a plus.
  • Experience in project management and good stakeholder management (in complex multidisciplinary projects)
  • Creative with an excellent eye for detail, combined with a strong business sense
  • Is based in #city# or willing/looking to relocate to #city#.
  • Has the ability to take the initiative and quickly adapt to the constantlychanging work environment
