- Gestionar y desarrollar relaciones estratégicas con vendors tecnológicos y partners clave
- Definir y ejecutar estrategias conjuntas de go-to-market con partners
- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y nuevas iniciativas generadoras de ingresos
- Diseñar y coordinar planes de co-marketing y propuestas de valor conjuntas
- Impulsar el desarrollo de negocio a través de modelos de co-selling
- Mapeo de cuentas y definir estrategias colaborativas para el cierre de oportunidades
- Coordinar iniciativas de enablement, formación y certificaciones de los equipos
- Seguimiento de competencias internas y requisitos exigidos por los partners
- Gestionar contratos de partners, MDF y estructuras de referral fees
- Asegurar control y optimización de inversiones y ROI con partners
- Medir el rendimiento de las alianzas mediante KPIs y enfoque data-driven
- 3-5 años de experiencia en gestión de alianzas, partner management o desarrollo de negocio
- Experiencia previa con vendors tecnológicos, consultoras o integradores de sistemas
- Gestión end-to-end de alianzas desde definición hasta ejecución y medición
- Fuerte sentido de negocio y orientación a resultados
- Excelentes habilidades xugodme de comunicación en español e inglés
- Capacidad de negociación y construcción de relaciones de confianza
- Organización, multitarea y gestión de múltiples partners
- Familiaridad con soluciones tecnológicas (cloud, software empresarial) y con CRM y portales de partners
- Actitud proactiva, colaborativa, adaptable y emprendedora
- Pensamiento estratégico con ejecución hands-on
