We are very excited to announce an exciting new role for our client in Spain.If you are an experienced cal centre team manager and fluentin DUTCH then we are looking for you This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the beautiful sea-side city of Barcelona.

The role As a Team Manager for a digital marketing account management/sales project, you will manage a team of around 15 call centre agents.
It will be your responsibility to analyse performances and make sure your team has the tools and knowledge they need to deliver their targets.
Designing and delivering individual and group training/coaching sessions will be part of your role.Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Dutch and EnglishPrevious experience in managing a call centre teamPrevious sales experienceAbility to motivate and coach team membersTarget drivenGood analytical skills The interview process for this role is done remotely via video calls so no need to come to Barcelona until you are successful Furthermore, there is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate, which includes: taxi to the airport in your home country, flight to Barcelona from a European airport, airport pickup in Barcelona and temporary accomodation on arrival.
Furthermore there is a fantastic onboarding team in Barcelona that will assist you with finding accommodation and help you settle in your new city.
