- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de compras para garantizar la optimización de costes en toda la cadena de suministro necesaria para las operaciones de la empresa.
- Identificar y evaluar proveedores potenciales, negociar términos y condiciones favorables y establecer relaciones sólidas para garantizar un suministro constante y confiable.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos para comprender las necesidades de compra y garantizar la alineación de las estrategias de adquisición con los objetivos organizacionales.
- Supervisar el proceso de adquisición de principio a fin, incluida la selección de proveedores, la emisión de órdenes de compra y el seguimiento de entregas.
- Analizar constantemente el rendimiento de los proveedores y realizar evaluaciones comparativas para garantizar la calidad y la eficiencia de los productos y servicios adquiridos.
- Identificar oportunidades para mejorar la eficiencia operativa y reducir costes.
- Formación: Ingeniería Industrial, técnico o similar, o Master en Supply Chain Management.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en funciones de compras, preferiblemente en el sector de la construcción o industrial.
- Conocimientos en Lean Manufacturing
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno dinámico y colaborar con múltiples equipos y departamentos.
- Orientación hacia resultados, con una sólida capacidad analítica para identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimización.
