Our
Advanced Suspension Technologies Business is looking for a
Program Manager to join our team in Ermua, Spain.

What will you do:

Ensure a high level of integration and collaboration with the plants and Launch Managers in their program
Drive to meet customer targets
Verify the CARs and Business Cases are reasonable and achievable
Ensure effective and timely scope management with emphasis on customer scope changes and executes the Scope Change process and approval
Manage program trade off analysis balancing cost, time, product, and resources
Take an active "go and verify" approach to program by personally visiting the plants and suppliers at appropriate intervals
Identify program risks early, develops and executes mitigation strategies, escalates risk to the leadership team and executes the Red Flag process
Communicate to customer (timing, program status, change management)

What will make you successful:

Master's degree (preferable in mechanical or electromechanical engineering)
PMP/ PMI certification is preferred
Experience in key functional areas: Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Quality or Purchasing
Knowledge of production, supply chain, logistics processes
Working knowledge of APQP/ PPAP process
Ability to lead, motivate and drive a crossfunctional team
Fluency in English and Spanish required; German language is preferred.
Ability to travel
