    Descripción de la oferta

    Integrado/a en el Departamento de Riesgos, Auditoría Interna y Cumplimiento desempeñará un papel clave en la coordinación de auditorías con el equipo de Auditoría Interna de Grupo, así como en la identificación de acciones de mejora y la monitorización de su implementación en los distintos centros del Grupo.

    Entre sus funciones principales se responsabilizará de:

  • Dar soporte a los centros auditados en la preparación de las actuaciones de Auditoría Interna, incluyendo la definición del alcance y del plan de trabajo, así como coordinar los tiempos y recursos disponibles para dar respuesta a las necesidades de las auditorías programadas por el Grupo.
  • Dar soporte a los centros auditados durante todo el desarrollo de las auditorías, así como en la revisión, validación y coordinación con los diferentes de responsables las recomendaciones y acciones de mitigación o control identificadas por los equipos de Auditoría Interna.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de las acciones correctivas que den respuesta a las recomendaciones de auditoría incluidas en los informes de Auditoría Interna en los diferentes ciclos de seguimiento, promoviendo su adecuada implantación en tiempo y forma.
  • Evaluar el impacto en las distintas unidades de negocio y en el Grupo de cualquier acción correctiva junto con las áreas de Cumplimiento, Control Interno y Riesgos del Grupo.
  • Elaboración de reportes y presentaciones dirigidos al Comité de Auditoría, Comité de Riesgos y Cumplimiento y a la Dirección de Riesgos, Auditoría Interna y Cumplimiento.
  • Diseñar e impartir píldoras formativas a todos los niveles de la organización.

    • Requisitos

  • Grado o Licenciatura en Ciencias Empresariales, Económicas, ADE o similar.
  • Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en equipos de auditoría interna.
  • Imprescindible ingles C1 o superior (alemán muy valorable).
  • Muy valorable experiencia en el entorno sanitario, estando al tanto de las tendencias, riesgos y entorno de control específicos de la industria.
  • Valorable formación en auditoría interna (CIA, CISA, CRMA, ...).
  • Conocimiento avanzado de Paquete Office (fórmulas avanzadas en Excel, presentaciones Power Point, etc.). Valorable conocimiento de Power BI.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar hasta un 30% del tiempo.

    • Profesional de perfil analítico, proactivo y resolutivo, con alta capacidad de autogestión y anticipación, así como de conciliación de objetivos corporativos con las necesidades específicas de las unidades de negocio.
