- Dar apoyo al equipo de Business Control y al equipo de Operaciones
- Analizar y controlar los resultados financieros
- Promover la mejora continua de las plantas mediante el desarrollo, la implementación, la comprobación y el análisis de informes mensuales, KPI, business case... y alertar, de forma proactiva, sobre posibles problemas y oportunidades
- Actuar como miembro activo del equipo de management de la site
- Analizar márgenes de producción, OPEX, CAPEX, productividad,...
- Investigar y comprender/explicar las variaciones frente al presupuesto y el año anterior
- Participar activamente en la evaluación de proyectos de Capex, desde los primeros Business Cases hasta las revisiones de proyectos, incluidos los informes.
- Dar apoyo a cualquier otro proyecto desde el punto de vista financiero (por ejemplo el desarrollo de nuevos productos)
- Análisis mensual de diferencias de producción, Yield, Productividad de las líneas, etc...
- Proporcionar informes mensuales al Management Team, desarrollar/mejorar herramientas, procesos e informes.
- Impulsar los procesos de previsión, planificación a largo plazo y presupuesto
- Garantizar un cálculo preciso de los costos de los productos y analizar los márgenes de producción reales en comparación con el estándar mediante análisis de varianza
- Participar en el desarrollo, implementar y aplicar los Principios Financieros del Grupo
- Seguimiento in situ de los informes de auditoría interna
- Apoyo ad hoc a Operaciones/Finanzas con respecto a lo anterior.
Tu perfil técnico: - Formación en ADE o Económicas.
- +4 años de experiencia en cost controlling.
- Nivel alto de inglés – C1 (se realizará entrevista full English).
- Excel usuario avanzado, damos por supuesto que sabes realizar tablas dinámicas, cruce de datos o macros.
- Conocimientos de SAP o algún ERP, especialmente cierres mensuales.

- Experiencia en entornos de empresa multinacional y contacto diario con HQ.
- Conocimiento de sectores enfocados a servicios de clientes importantes.
