As our factory in L'Hospitalet expands, we are looking for a Factory Operation Manager to provide a variety of services to our patients.

You will be part of a winning team passionate about what they do. Are you ready to join?


Your responsibilities:


  • Plan, supervise, and optimize daily production using SMART KPIs.
  • Ensure environmental safety through audits and protocols.
  • Enforce quality control and address issues promptly.
  • Drive continuous process improvements.
  • Manage production schedules and material inventory.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and suppliers.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and training.
  • Control operational expenses within budget.
  • Foster a positive work environment and lead a production team.

Your profile:

- +5 years of experience in factory production management.

  • Degree in Production Management/industrial engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in team management within a production environment
  • English and Spanish mandatory
