    Revenue & Reservations Trainee

    Internship details:

    • Position: Revenue & Reservations Trainee (Internship #537580)
    • Property / Office: Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid
    • Location: Madrid, Spain

    Reservations Responsibilities:

    • Deep knowledge of hotel pricing policy and accommodation options.
    • Follow SOPs and daily trace reports.
    • Enter accurate information in PMS following guidelines.
    • Process reservations from various channels with accuracy.
    • Manage guest profiles and reservation amendments.
    • Handle cancellations and ensure data accuracy.
    • Co-operate with team members on projects.

    Revenue Responsibilities:

    • Attend Operations and daily meetings.
    • Provide feedback and assist in contract loading.
    • Alert regarding changes in hotel availability.
    • Inform on reservations impacting room forecast.
    • Contribute to department improvement projects.
