The Role:

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and market presence for EtherMail.
Support the analysis and reporting of marketing KPIs, enabling datadriven decisions to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Work with crossfunctional teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive customer experience.
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to successfully launch client projects, contributing to their overall success and satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Support the growth and development of the marketing team by actively participating in mentorship and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Assist in the preparation and management of the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to drive maximum impact.

Requirements**:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Passion for marketing and a basic understanding of marketing principles and tactics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Proactive mindset, willingness to take initiative, and ability to adapt in a fastpaced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Selfmotivated with a desire to learn and grow within the marketing field.
