¿QUÉ PERFIL ESTAMOS BUSCANDO/ REQUISITOS?
Graduado/a en Derecho. Se considerarán, en función del perfil del candidato, otros grados relacionados con las ciencias sociales y empresariales (Economía, Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Relaciones Laborales, etc,...).
Estudiante de Máster o Postgrado relacionado con el sector o con las prácticas a desarrollar (Compliance corporativo, Bioética, Derecho Farmacéutico, Derecho de la Salud...). Se valorará muy positivamente cualquier conocimiento o experiencia anterior relacionado con el área del derecho farmacéutico/sanitario y/o en la Industria Farmacéutica.
Disponibilidad para firmar convenio en prácticas de mínimo 6 meses. Muy valorable posibilidad de prorrogar hasta los 12 meses
Nivel de español e inglés alto demostrable, escrito y hablado
Dominio avanzado del paquete ofimático y herramientas digitales
Disponibilidad de incorporación a jornada completa
Disponibilidad de incorporación a partir de Junio 2024, con posibilidad de atender presencialmente a las oficinas de Novartis Barcelona.
¿QUÉ FUNCIONES REALIZARÁS?
Asistir al departamento para asegurar que las actividades que ejecutan los equipos de las distintas unidades de negocio se lleven adelante conforme a los estándares éticos de la Compañía y de acuerdo con la normativa.
Contribuir a la identificación de los riesgos de las distintas actividades de la Compañía y al diseño de planes de acción para proteger a la Compañía y que sirvan para asesorar a los miembros de los distintos equipos sobre cómo deben actuar.
Asesorar consultas de las diferentes áreas de negocio en base a la normativa de Compliance (Código Ético de la Compañía, Código de Buenas Prácticas de la Industria Farmacéutica, Guía Catalana para la Promoción de Medicamentos de Uso Humano y otra normativa sectorial, Política de Prácticas Profesionales interna, normativa de conflictos de interés y cualquier otra normativa interna de aplicación, etc,...).
Realizar análisis con bases de datos para llevar a cabo controles e identificar áreas de mejora.
Colaborar en la elaboración de recursos formativos para los diferentes departamentos en materias específicas del Departamento de Ethics, Risk & Compliance.
Contribuir en el seguimiento de la gobernanza e implementación de las políticas.
Dar soporte en la gestión de proyectos (integrity/compliance).
Apoyo a tareas operacionales de la función.

Jornada completa en horario de prácticas flexible: de lunes a viernes, de 8:30-9:00 a 17:30-18:00 horas, según convenio de prácticas
Prácticas en empresa durante 6 meses con posibilidad de extensión a un total de 12 meses
Prácticas remuneradas: 969,39 euros brutos mensuales
Estancia en empresa incluyendo programa de formación inicial, tutorización y mentorización continua por parte de profesionales especializados y seguimiento constante por el equipo de RRHH
