- Control de cambios de la compañía, como coordinador del proceso: revisión y aprobación de solicitudes de cambio, evaluación del cambio, determinar el impacto de los cambios en los sistemas y procesos vigentes y controlar los flujos del proceso de cambios en sus distintas fases, dirigiendo las evaluaciones y las aprobaciones a las partes implicadas en los plazos establecidos.
- Proceso de mejora continua (acciones correctivas y preventivas). Recibir y evaluar las solicitudes de CAPA, evaluar el plan de acción propuesto para prevenir recurrencias, cierre de CAPAs garantizar que se evalúa la eficacia de las CAPAs cuando así se ha establecido como requisito en el Plan de Acción.
- Reclamaciones de cliente. Evaluar las reclamaciones recibidas y determinar si proceden. Evaluar las investigaciones y participar en los planes de acción correctiva cuando proceda (CAPA). Colaborar con los usuarios en la elaboración de la respuesta al cliente. Asegurar que las respuestas al cliente son evaluadas y aprobadas por Dirección Técnica.
- Desviaciones de proceso. Evaluar las investigaciones, planes de acción y criterios de categorización establecidos en los informes de desviación de proceso de proceso desde el punto de vista calidad. Colaborar con los usuarios en el diseño y ejecución de los planes de acción
