- Gestión workflow aprobación facturas, seguimiento de facturas rechazadas
- Envío a compras de lista de pedidos sin recepción
- Revisar mails de reclamaciones de proveedores (pagos pendientes) y reclamar aprobaciones y agilizar pago
- Proveedores Pdte factura: Neteo de pedidos antiguos trimestralmente.
- Chequeo mensual de recepciones de stock elevadas pendientes de factura y reclamación al buyer
- Clearing de las facturas de los vendors domiciliados
- Alta de ítems en SHIS y CMO's. Actividad de Coordinador Local
- Otros proyectos de mejora:
- Implementar la recepción de PO para los servicios
- Reducir las facturas en papel
- Repartir y reclasificar mensualmente costes a cada centro contable
- Chequear extractos y reclamar facturas
- Enviar detalle de pagos previa solicitud vendor
- Descargar facturas de proveedores para su contabilización
- Cartera proveedores a cierre de mes
- Reclasificaciones en general y detalles de OPEX que solicita el usuario
- Formar parte de un ambiente de trabajo dinámico, basado en la confianza y transparencia
- Horario Flexible: (lunes a viernes: entrada entre 07.00 y 10.00; lunes a jueves: salida entre 16.00 y 19.00 – 30 minutos de comida; viernes: salida entre 15.00 y 19.00 – 30 minutos de comida
- Contrato sustitución por IT (4 meses aproximadamente) a través de ETT
- Incorporación inmediata
- Comedor de empresa subvencionado
- CGFS en Administración y Finanzas
- Inglés – nivel medio
- 2 a 4 años en las funciones descritas en departamentos de Finanzas o Contabilidad (preferentemente en el sector industrial). El puesto requiere conocimientos de SAP
