Join our global TUI Musement team within our specialist business brand Intercruises as a Port Operations Billing Manager where you will work in close collaboration with both the Port Operations team and the accounts payable team of the cruise company.

Based in Spain, you will oversee a team, distributing workloads between the team members as per business needs, detecting bottle necks in the process which create delays and maintain an effective invoicing process.

Intercruises Port Operations is a specialist business providing cruise ship handling services to cruise lines in destinations throughout the world.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Billing Manager will be responsible of supervising and assessing the reporting Billing Team and distribute the workload according to the business needs.

You will establish the setup of invoicing priorities.
You will conduct an effective billing process and backup.
Responsible of reconciliations of supplier ́s statements supporting TUI's P2P department.
Organize and maintain all backup documentation from the ships ́ calls.
Actively support the finance and port agency teams, with general office administrative duties.
Generate / send invoices to ship-owners and solve any query/dispute that may be raised.
Responsible, and not limited to perform general administrative duties supporting the finance team.

ABOUT YOU
Good academic background, with strong experience in administration.
Previous experience in ship industry working on finance and invoicing departments.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
Strong prioritizing and organizational skills.
Good office administration and organizational skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Time management, flexibility to work with different time zones.
