ROLE AND DEPARTMENT

The role will assist the Controlling team with all end-to-end planning, reporting and analysis activities to help deliver a high standard of reporting and analytical support to the business, in line with company objectives and with an emphasis on continuous process improvement.

This is a great opportunity to be involved in a Business Unit close to business drivers and drainers, supporting both Prestige and Consumer Beauty divisions.

You will be part of a team of 6 people, reporting to a Finance Senior position.

This is a hands-on role where you will be able to discover end-to-end Finance processes in a multinational company: actuals, budgets, forecasts, variances analysis, SOX compliance, audits etc.

THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for:

Support submission of the financial forecast updates (Annual Plan, Forecasts, etc) Assist in the preparation of financial forecast submissions for divisional entities.

Consolidate, validate and report results with relevant business insights and variance analysis. Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis based on business needs.
Support the month-end closing, reporting and analysis. Review, reconcile and follow up of data submission vs. expectations.

Help producing both internal & external month-end deliverables leveraging on existing reporting tool (SAP Hana, Power Bi) Respond to finance related queries from internal departments and ensure follow-up in a timely manner.
