    Principal Objetivo


    El principal objetivo de esta posición será gestionar y coordinar el servicio de almacén y transporte, garantizando máxima flexibilidad operacional y el servicio al cliente manteniendo los niveles de costes más bajos posibles.

    Principales funciones


  • Coordinar y gestionar el transporte y el operador logístico.
  • Control del Stock en el almacén (alineación foto stock diaria con el operador logistico, dar instrucciones al almacén de bloquear o desbloquear productos o cambiar de status, gestión caducidades).
  • Participar en los proyectos de mejora continua.
  • Seguimiento del nivel de servicio del operador y transportistas. Gestión reuniones de seguimiento y búsqueda mejoras para mejorar el servicio.
  • Análisis de costes de transporte y almacén, buscando mejoras para disminuir los costes.
  • Contribuir a pagar a tiempo a los proveedores de servicio y contabilizar los costes en SAP a tiempo.
  • Gestionar el 4PL (FBA, disminuir las disputes de transporte, Ticketing tool, power bi, control extra costes).
  • Controlar los mensajes EDI con el operador logístico y 4PL.
  • Controlar y analizar los ajustes realizados por el LSP así como los motivos que han causado diferencias de stock.
  • Gestión incidencias en inbounds en el LSP.
  • Gestión proceso scrapping .
  • Participar en las auditorías de HSE en los operadores y control del cumplimiento de las acciones pactadas, así como en otras auditorías de cliente.
  • Gestionar temas de ADR con el operador y los transportistas.
  • Gestión OTIF y participación en las reuniones semanales.
  • Reporting mensual EMEA (OTIF, Storage capacity, Status Scrapping tickets).
  • Participar en los tenders de transporte aportando toda la información de volúmenes y requerimientos del negocio.
  • Refacturación intercompany mensualmente.

    • Requisitos


  • Estudios de Formación profesional o Grado relacionados con supply chain y logística o similar.
  • 2 años de experiencia en gestión de operadores logísticos y transportistas, gestión administrativa en el ámbito logístico y seguimiento de KPI's, o similar.
  • Experiencia en SAP y mensajes EDI, así como en MS Office (Excel).
  • Dominio del inglés (verbal y escrito).
  • Valorable participación en proyectos mejora continua, experiencia en análisis de costes, SAP y Power BI.
  • Disponibilidad de viajar (1 viaje trimestral).
  • Valorable conocimientos de francés o italiano.
