- Maintain Director's calendar; schedule, coordinate and confirm appointments, interviews and meetings, anticipating problems in advance
- Support their travel arrangements (visa, travel and logistics, other...)
- Answer and screen telephone calls and take messages
- Type correspondence, proposals, reports and other documents
- Maintain client- and other mailing lists in close coordination with the Marketing department
- Scheduling participants
- Booking meeting rooms
- Arranging for special equipment and meeting room set-up
- Ordering and setting up beverages and/or meals
- Prepares Timesheet and Expense reports in accordance with company guidelines
- Coordinate and cooperate with other Team Assistants and Executive Assistants to ensure that work is completed to highest standard and quality
- Support and back up other members of the team
- Mentor and support new members of the team
- Interaction with other functions within own local office, as well as the larger BCG community
- University degree, or equivalent relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years experience in a fast paced environment (really fast paced) supporting senior executives, strongly preferred
- Fluent English/Spanish, oral and written, other languages valued
- Strong organizational skills encompassing affinity with IT supporting tools
- Good knowledge PowerPoint and Excel skills and Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to combine hands-on attitude in operational topics and good analytical skills

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Working as part of a team, provide high-level executive and general office support in a demanding, fast-paced professional services environment. The primary goals are to leverage a pool of Partners and other senior executives time, support the broader team, and successfully serve BCG's clients.
Activities may vary depending on the individuals supported and the existing workload, and support assignments may change at any time. The duties described below make up a typical, but not necessarily complete, list:
Provide high-level support for assigned directors and other BCG departments as required:
Agenda and travel coordination
Communication
Organize internal meetings and conferences as appropriate
Expense Report
Team contribution
Participate in internal projects and committees as assigned or requested
