    Your Mission:
    As a Sr.

    Logistics Partner Manager, you will be responsible for initiating, developing and maintaining relationships with industry leading logistics providers in North America in pursuit of creating additional value for our customers while unlocking new revenue streams.

    The ideal candidate is ambitious and eager to grow a career in partnership management. You have a collaborative mindset and excel in a team environment.

    As the first such hire in North America, this is a unique opportunity to build our Logistics Program from 0 to 1 (and beyond) in the biggest global market, whilst having the benefit of a mature APAC logistics team to offer critical support.

    This role is part of AfterShip's Global Partnerships team.

    As such, there may be the need to work outside of regular office hours for team meetings or in order to collaborate with members of the team in APAC and EMEA up to twice a week.

    What You'll Do:

    Identify, establish, and develop partnerships with Logistics companies, primarily fulfillment companies (i.e., 3PLs) for the purpose of generating more business opportunities;Manage the entire relationship end-to-end, including identifying platform integration opportunities and requirements, as well as sales and marketing enablement;Coordinate with various teams to achieve your mission including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.


    Who We're Looking For:

    7+ years of relevant work experience in either sales, business development, partnerships;Experience in logistics, preferably ecommerce & retail is a priority element in our candidate selection process;You are an effective communicator both verbally and in writing, with strong interpersonal skills and high EQ both offline and online;Strong foundation in SAAS companies, SAAS tools, and the ecommerce ecosystem;A history of building relationships within the eCommerce or logistics industries;Strategic mindset and sound commercial judgment.
