Discover and analyze PRISM & Reporting related issues in the system and create suitable solution approaches;Identify and realize improvements within the Workday PRISM;Support further Workday Prism country rollouts;Data management and data integration between Workday and other applications for Prism Reporting;Focus to secure global system and process stability by managing regular operations tasks with the Operations Team;Build Solution Design and Implement Change Requests including IT-Testing and Deployment;Define, manage and execute Proof-of-concepts (POCs);Documentation of activities according to the compliance framework.
We are looking for someone with...3+ Years General knowledge across all Workday modules; 2+ Years Specific knowledge in Workday Prism Analytics & Reporting, ideally for various companies/clients; Professional Business English (must have), German (nice to have); Excellent knowledge in implementing and maintaining a Workday PRISM setup which includes areas like Workday Prism data integration from different sources, PRISM data management with transformation & publishing, PRISM Role setup, Data Security and Data Governance, Worksheets, Workday Custom Reports, Workday Dashboard and Discovery Boards; Strong analytical and communication skills combined with a good understanding of a larger application and interfaces landscape; Passion to bring value add to customers and provide excellent service; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change; Academic degree related to Information Technology / Business / Economics.
