We have been delivering business value from Big Data and Machine Learning for a few years, and we now seek to industrialize and automate the whole D&A value chain. Now, we want to maximize this value we get from data and we would like to onboard skilled and motivated candidates like you

Role Description

The Data Governance Specialist will help the Data Governance Manager implement the data governance strategy for our D&A initiative. The Data Governance Specialist will catalogue the company data assets, build the business glossary and manage the whole data lifecycle at country level. Delivering this work with high quality and in a timely manner will be fundamental for the success of our D&A ambitions.

This role could be performed from the UK, Spain, France or Italy, with high flexibility for remote work.

Key Objectives

• Understand key datasets at country level, that is, what is critical to the local business and how is it used
• Support the local implementation of processes to manage the whole data lifecycle
• Communicate to local stakeholders (e.g. Data Owners) advancements in data governance

Main Responsibilities

• Help ensure that the company local data is fit for purpose, according to business strategy
• Manage data catalog and data documentation at country level
• Actively collaborate with Data Owners for implement of data initiatives related to business projects
• Serve as a liaison between Business and Technology to ensure all the organization talks a common "data" language.

• Experience working in an environment that uses the Agile methodology
• Fluent (C1 level) in Spanish
• Intermediate level (B1) in English
• You live in Seville
