- Preparación del Plan de Producción en coordinación con el Departamento de Logística: establecimiento de secuenciación y día de producción de los distintos formatos, así como integración en el programa de las distintas paradas planificadas (preventivos, desinfecciones, pruebas...).
- Supervisión y validación del programa de fabricación diario y seguimiento en tiempo real del cumplimiento del programa de fabricación y reorganización de este en caso necesario.
- Mantener y adecuar la planificación de cada línea de acuerdo con sus paros planificados y su evolución.
- Organización de los equipos de trabajo de fábrica en las distintas líneas y turnos de producción optimizando los recursos en beneficio de la productividad de la planta.
- Estudio de las necesidades de personal y de la formación de este a medio plazo en base a los estándares de producción y los volúmenes previstos.
- Organización de los distintos periodos de vacaciones de los equipos de fabricación.
- Programación de las formaciones necesarias para los equipos de fábrica así cómo organización junto con RRHH del programa de desarrollo de los operarios.
- Nestle Continuous Excellence: formar parte del Pilar de Focus Improvement y Goal Alignment siendo el nexo entre el departamento de producción y el Pilar, liderando las acciones que surjan del mismo.
- Elaboración y preparación de las herramientas de análisis e indicadores que permitan analizar y monitorear los resultados en producción.
- Mantener una comunicación fluida con los operarios por los cambios que se producen a nivel de turnos o necesidades de producción.
- Formación académica: Ingeniería Industrial Agroalimentaria, Ingeniería o similar
- Experiencia en producción y conocimiento de procesos de envasado.
- Formación Calidad: BPF, Seguridad Alimentaria
- Buena capacidad de comunicación.
- Alto nivel de conocimientos informáticos (Paquete Office).
- Nivel alto de inglés.
