The impact you'll have


An Order Fulfillment / Planner intervenes in a process that includes all the stages of planning, manufacturing, storage and distribution from the moment a customer order is received until the final product is delivered.

A position that is of vital importance to our clients and that must ensure correct delivery times, as well as the internal management that affects production flows.- You will manage customer orders and confirm delivery times.- Management of the finished product, check all the orders that have stock in the finished product and assign it to the order, respecting the conditions of packaging and price.- You will manage parts of customer claims and respond to them for transport problems and handling department.- You will coordinate with the commercial department attending all their requirements.- Analysis of the net cut products to define the rest of the measures that we have to leave in stock.- Management of the finished product to re-manipulate and assign the orders to the processing machine.- Control of the processing machine orders that the deadline for delivery to customers is fulfilled.- Planning with Preactor tool, rotating every 4 weeks with the rest of the team.- Daily control of the situation of the Preactor where compliance with all commitments is analyzed.

The Attitudes and Skills We're Looking For

  • Person with experience in a manufacturing environment, concretely in planning.
  • Related Bachelor is needed for this role (Business Administration, Engineering, etc.). Or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience or studies in production/manufacturing areas.
  • Autonomous person and team player. Stable, dynamic, energetic, hardworking, and eager for improvement.
  • Analytical and planning skills.
  • Languages: Spanish and English.
  • Based in: Spain, Girona/Barcelona.
