Junior Lux Make Up MSP Planner, EXO Base

Granollers Planning HUB is recruiting a Junior Lux Make Up MSP Planner to Support EXO Base team

MISSION AND RESPONSABILITIES
Within the EXO Base value stream Ensure finished product availability delivering service, cost and cash at or above target.
Review and manage exceptions messages to balance service and inventory by monitoring and following demand changes.
Manage urgencies with TPMs/Quality/Exo Operations to ensure prompt reaction and prevent potential missed $.
Amend production plans at TPMs in line with flexibility rules (SLEA's with TPMs)
Quarterly review on flexibility rules with EXO (monthly/weekly)
Assure correct/updated SAP Master Data in alignment on flexibility rules.

Partner with key stakeholders:
TPMs, Quality, EXO operations, Procurement, etc to drive the best operational performance, covering Service, Cost and Cash.

Ensure good communication and teamwork with the rest of the functions within the EXO Base team: DRP, Gifsets team, Initiatives and CSP.

Own MPS process(es)

THE IDEAL FIT
1 year Experience in the Planning Hub as Junior planner
Results focused - able to react to dynamic environment to deliver the business need and make things happen when required
Collaboration skills - can positively influence and manage internal and external stakeholders to drive the Supply Chain performance forward
Feels Accountable and owner - personal drive to improve status quo and passionate ownership of performance for the team

Planning Mastery - key understanding of COTY Planning systems (SAP, JDA, MFR) with experience in Supply planning and knowledge of supply chain end to end.

Communication skills are required in the role to maintain effective relationships with the rest of the teams.
