Funciones y responsabilidades:
Fase preparación de la parada:WIT controlAsegurar la generación de paquetes de trabajo especiales y procedimientos en colaboración con los Ingenieros de mantenimiento y lideres de Disciplinas.
Trabajar con el Scheduler de parada en definir los tiempos y secuencias de trabajos.Colaborar en la elaboración/revisión de los Quality Plans para los trabajos críticos de mantenimiento.
Colaboración para la definición del equipo de preparación de parada.
Preparación de las estimaciones de coste de la parada.
Fase Parada Gestionar recepción de Add-Ons de ejecución y asegurar equipo de planificación suficiente para la resolución de estos.
Colaborar en el proceso de certificación de avance de trabajos.
Se valorará:
potencial para realizar la supervisión de trabajos de parada, tanto como supervisor directo como en el rol de jefe de construcción/jefe de obra.
Fase post-paradaRecopilar los findings no resueltos durante la parada en la lista de añadidos de la parada, para su posterior seguimiento por parte de planta/mantenimiento.
Realizar seguimiento sobre el avance en el cierre de las PMOs de los trabajos de mantenimiento realizados durante la parada.
Capturar lecciones aprendidas e ideas de mejora del equipo de planificación de la parada.Asegurar la incorporación de ajustes o mejoras detectadas durante la parada a los paquetes de trabajo y procedimientos de trabajos de mantenimiento.
Asegurar la devolución a almacén/taller de los materiales sobrantes.Asegurar el cierre de las PMOs de los trabajos de mantenimiento realizados durante la parada.
Colaborar en el cierre documental de Parada, a nivel de PMOs y de informe de cierre. #J-18808-Ljbffr
