- Collaborate with Candidates Coordinators and hiring managers to determine recruiting needs;
- Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to understand applicant requirements;
- Attract candidates through job postings and direct searches;
- Evaluate applicant suitability through interviews;
- Coordinate interviews, including schedules and logistics;
- Manage interview feedback and arrange external assessments as needed;
- Provide regular updates on job search progress to hiring managers;
- Maintain recruitment team's ATS dashboard and produce KPI reports;
- Establish and enhance HR recruitment processes;
- Contribute to HR branding initiatives within the recruitment scope;
- Participate in talent management activities, including interviewing, assessing, and identifying development opportunities for internal talent.
- Freelancer with a minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment within an international company;
- Proficient in direct search and recruiting via Social Media platforms, particularly LinkedIn;
- Fluency in English (knowledge of a 2nd language is advantageous);
- Business acumen;
- Attention to detail;
- Prior experience in sourcing;
- Available for at least 20 hours per week;
- Strong planning and organizational abilities;
- Expertise in data management and ATS systems, particularly Teamtailor;
- Experience in developing and implementing employer branding strategies is a plus;
