- Facilitate customer visits and manage crisis situations effectively.
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g., industrial engineering, electronics, electrical engineering).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in quality tools and problem-solving methodologies.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with additional languages as a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
