    To strengthen our team, we are looking for at the earliest possible date at our location in Madrid:Risk Engineer Specialist
    (m/f/d)

    Job DescriptionSite surveys, including the following tasks:
    Preparation of site survey reports.
    Execution of PML (Probable Maximum Loss) and NLE (Net Loss Expectancy) calculations.

    Identifying key risks and exposures associated with the full range of Property and Engineering insurance policy coverages in accordance with MSIG Insurance guidelines.

    Developing risk improvement measures for loss reduction and prevention.
    Collaborating during the implementation of risk improvement measures.
    Independent planning and organizing of necessary site surveys.
    Desktop reviews of survey reports from external sources.
    Supporting the Underwriting (UW) team regarding underwriting decisions for property and engineering.
    Cooperating in internal as well as external/client-related projects.
    Managing and coordinating tailored risk engineering programs, including liaising and fostering relationships with clients, insurance brokers, and underwriters.
    QualificationCompleted studies in Engineering, preferably in process or safety engineering.
    Minimum of 5 years' experience in the field of risk engineering.
    Strong background in fire protection engineering.
    High level of self-motivation, resilience, and reliability, as well as a willingness to travel.
    Negotiation skills and assertiveness.
    Analytical, meticulous, and structured approach to work.
    Strong problem-solving skills and customer orientation.
    Proficiency in MS Office applications.
    Fluent in Spanish and English.
